RE:Never bet against a canadian bank!!!Dividends in the next few quarters will probably be adjusted to reflect the new valuation post corona.

I bought in at $52.50.

I don't doubt the banks will recover, but three days ago they hadn't hit rock botom yet.

And the upward climb will NOT be a meteoric rise to the heavens again..

You can easily end up waiting two or three years before you see your $80 valuation return.

Meanwhile the day trade monkeys and the short sellers will jump on every headline to squeeze out a dollar a day wherever they can.

Personally I just can't see myself paying $65 a share for a $50 share's dividend.
