For decades now, thanks to GWOT, each time I've initiated a transaction higher than $10k fintrac springs into .action, usually an apologetic bank employee having to fill out a host of paprace. 
So how did Masrani miss out on all counts?

Makes you wonder if Masrani was in on it, doesn't it ? They should do a deep dive in to his finances, wouldn't surprise me if he had some anonymous accounts in his home country of Uganda....
