RE:Perfect Storm;BUT,2 negatives,Much thanks for that.  Nice to wake up to (but not for Australian miners.) ONE short-term negative but it's important. It's my understanding that some (or a,) WTE terminal(s) are still closed for maybe another 10 days because of a ship-loader gear breakdown perhaps before full shipments can resume. We're not the only ones piling coal up there either as there's about another 4 companies like Grande cashe. TWO; competion problems are starting. Arch Coal in the U.S. has contracted with a U.S. shipper to compete with WTE. More to come i imaginem perhaps even BTE ??. PLEASE HURRAY UP WESTSHORE TERMINALS !!!  Anybody can update the WTE problem 'fix' ?????
