Management change
Not a good indication, so fast after quarterly earnings release. Ususally means a difference of opinion or scapegoat for recent mgmt missteps. I believe the CEO is the main issue. Looking for a COO now during a potential strategic asset sale not ideal given the experience of the previous COO. Price needs to start delivering or his time is short. Still believe that the company holds significant undervalued assets but management needs to demonstrate strong leadership now.

appears even the rats see the writing on the wall - unfortunately wrong rat abandoned the sinking ship --probably the only the first in the trek over the side ... the 'mastermind' behind this fiasco has really got it wrong and is paying for it --- a bit "too clever" once again
