why no interest in this stock?

it seems to me it is not bad. i will buy after financials on Nov 11. analyst earnig estimate is -0.06 loss. it may dive to $1.

it seems TEV preblem is with 750m debt and senior notes financing. ebida is not bad,

it has total 919m debt, book value $1.74. good will is 330m. no wonder there is no interest.
