Assessment

AssessmentTFII 3Q revenue was $2.09B, 4% better than estimates. EPS $1.46, 5% better. The dividend was raised 17%. Operating income rose 65%. EPS rose 55%. Revenue rose 124% (with acquisitions). It continues to buyback shares and renewed its issuer bid. It bought back 1.1M in the last year. Specific guidance was not given but this was a very solid quarter overall.

And the response to a further question about why the SP was declining.

The stock is up 110% this year, and good results were likely anticipated. Many investors like to 'sell on news'. The quarter was solid and with a 17% dividend increase the company is displaying confidence.

So said 5iResearch this morning. Just added a few more. GLTA
