An investor, (after reading your Post# 24626054 March 05, 2016 - 01:45 PM) searched the web to verify your claims. He shared his findings his findings on this message board; see below.
Bustarhymes - Post# 24626421 - March 05, 2016 - 05:20 PM:
Excerpts
1 – “Teranga has filed a formal legal claim with the government (as required by law) to seek reparation for the property damaged during the protest.”
2 - “Teranga’s processing operations were largely unaffected, and all activities have now returned to normal.”

This investor’s answers to excerpts `1’ and `2’ above
1 – The possible financial loss, addressed in the `formal legal claim’ is unknown and will remain as such until a judgment has been decreed by Senegal justice system.
2 - “Teranga’s processing operations were largely unaffected, and all activities have now returned to normal.” – It appears to me; a Company spokesperson has given management’s response to the incident. Judging from/by readers/investors response to your post, (and your dissatisfaction with method used to deal with subject matter) your chances of starting a revolution over this, at best, are very bleak.
Serious investors here would/could tell you – Yes, I’m a serious investor, so I will tell you, “Revealing too much information tends to encourage other miners to initiate an M&A before retail investors are allowed to see maximum* returns on their investment.” No need to respond, but please give this some thought.
And as ts9222 and others have said, if you aren’t happy with this Company, find and invest in a Company that does please you.
*The value of maximum will vary for individual investors; and, I am confident that said value, for said investors, is higher than present share price.
