RE:Article: TGZ on takeover target listI believe most investors know that TGZ has been a takeover target for some time.
And with a proposed TGZ M&A (takeover) at present time, what would the results be? Certainly the offer would be above present share price; but minimal benefits to shareholders, even with a 100% premium.
With the recent Q1 Report and the projected, positive, upcoming Q2 Report, current TGZ share price should/could be 100% higher – I say this with the knowledge of the numerous, undeveloped discoveries outside of the Company’s developed projects; I refuse to believe all of those undeveloped discoveries will prove to be duds/losers/valueless.
Hopefully, if a takeover offer is made for TGZ, (regardless off the amount offered) shareholders will react with a logical, intelligent reply.
