IMO, “Teranga 'stole' Gryphon,” was a poor choice of words used by the author of said article.

"Being a former Gryphonee," (I’m assuming you were an investor) I hope you did not experience financial losses; but if you did, I hope they were minimal.

If you are invested in TGZ, (or plan to do so) I wish you good fortunes.
