He had a postion of 500 million at the end of June. Can't help but wonder if that has increased over the six weeks following. Half a billion dollars is not a lot of money for Berkshire-Hathaway.

I would tend to agree with you that Buffett purchased more shares in gold miners since June 30 th. He must have known he would create waves when the news came out of his pre- June 30th purchases of Barrick.  Have a couple questions. 1) do you think he simply bought more Barrick or did he make purchases of other gold miners. 2) If he purchased other gold miners will we have to wait 3 months
