It blocks viral entry into host cells while preserving normal immunologic function. The Company is also investigating an intramuscular method of administration of Trogarzo. EGRIFTA SV (tesamorelin for injection) is approved in the United States for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in people with HIV who have lipodystrophy.

It is also interesting to note that Derek Archila was hired from Oppenhimer in July 2018. I am not sure if they had TH in their small-mid fund at the time, but they do now so it may be a name he is at least somewhat familiar with... that could be good or bad depending on what his opinion was
