Inital regulatory feedback for fat reduction as endpoint vs. more traditional endpoints?

Tesamorelin already approved for other indications (VAT).
Could require some delay or improvent of fibrosis, but may not require the traditional non-aproved drug endpoints.
Likely positive convo with FDA, but prepared for traditional endpoints if needed
need 250 patients per arm for pase 3
