RE:RE:RE:RE:The dreadful dealSorry, that is not going to happen. But if shareholders generally agree something needs to be done, and I am not sure I am even in that camp yet, then the votes will be tallied, changes will be made and new board members will chosen who likely would be better qualified than me anyway. Unlike the nutcases on the far right in the US, I will not be storming the TH headquarters. Democracy works if given a chance.

SPCEO has to answer to a bunch of his clients who are pretty upset with the lack of performance from this company. Right now, we need to regroup and figure out what the heck they were thinking when they decided this.
I really ask that you reconsider being part of the board SPCEO or back these BOD to the wall with your large postion in the company. Warren Buffet has done the same things over the years and turned many companies around due to his activism. There are a ton of bone heads in the world and these BOD are making bone headed decisions. They are legit selling the farm jepordizing their family's future.

And I would urge anyone on the board to read all of my posts carefully and not just focus on my criticism of this foolish financing (maybe some info will come out that will put it in a different light but I doubt that is going to happen). TH is fine, obviously better financially post the deal than before it, but that does not mean a company that seemed headed in the right direction di not due a sudden u-turn with this deal. As a sharehoder and someone who represents millions of shares for my long suffering clients, I will not hesitate to call out atrocious corproate behavior that harms our interests. As you well know, I have been one of the company's biggest cheerleaders for a very, very long time, through thick and thin. But when something this bad is done, it needs to be called out. I wish there was some way to change it but the best I can do is highlight what a freaking disaster this deal was and hope nothing like it ever happens again.

I think you are doing a disservice to many holders on this board who are interpreting your stance as if they should sell the stock! Maybe you should clear up your view on that - in their best interests!
