RE:RE:RE:The dreadful deal

RE:RE:RE:The dreadful deal

Most of the supporting data for NASH came out through Grinspoon, a reputable researcher in good peer reviewed journal. It all looks Kosher. We know it's strengths and weaknesses. The hidden defect, if there is one, can only come from the regulatory side and the Jan PR pretty much put them in the Ph3 ballpark, they can't walk that back to Ph2 surely. It is what it is a promising, if unconventional NASH Ph3. As we see now the cancer is what it is, untested in human, real chance of failure but promising.

It could be we are over-valuing the NASH opportunity compared to the rest of the market. It could be the RBC guy represents the general sentiment. It could be everybody in the markets understands NASH by the histological endpoints and sees a gaping hole in THTX's data and therefore are hugely discounting THTX. That might be the reality THTX are facing whether ultimately it's true or not.

And I would urge anyone on the board to read all of my posts carefully and not just focus on my criticism of this foolish financing (maybe some info will come out that will put it in a different light but I doubt that is going to happen). TH is fine, obviously better financially post the deal than before it, but that does not mean a company that seemed headed in the right direction di not due a sudden u-turn with this deal. As a sharehoder and someone who represents millions of shares for my long suffering clients, I will not hesitate to call out atrocious corproate behavior that harms our interests. As you well know, I have been one of the company's biggest cheerleaders for a very, very long time, through thick and thin. But when something this bad is done, it needs to be called out. I wish there was some way to change it but the best I can do is highlight what a freaking disaster this deal was and hope nothing like it ever happens again.

I think you are doing a disservice to many holders on this board who are interpreting your stance as if they should sell the stock! Maybe you should clear up your view on that - in their best interests!
