Sure, overtime there have been some good decisions, but I think it's fair to say that shareholder has not been enhanced, sound decision making, with the interest of existing shareholders was absent with the last financing, and investor communication and promotions have been lacking. The three items I identified should be top of mind for all growing companies: (1) Relentless efforts to recruit and support board members that enhance leadership, (2) acknowledging and promoting stock ownership by board members, (3) developing a comprehensive investor recruitment and relations effort with accountability measures --- all would enhance shareholder value efforts. These are the things we can push, year round, to give the CEO the support he needs and set the expectations for enhancing shareholder value.
