RNA viruses tend to mutate more frequently the process starts with the virus enter the host’s cell copy itself enter more cells more copying and entering more cells and if immune system doesn’t stop it we get sick. If this copying keep going on without virus getting wiped out by our immune system or enhanced immune system thanks to vaccines sometimes an error in the copying process can lead to mutations. Point is while in the developed world we have high percentage of double vaccinated or now many are getting their booster shot in other parts of the world with much lower vaccination rates RNA covid19 virus can easily keep hijacking the host cells, copying itself and soon or later evolving, since the virus is highly contagious the mutated version will travel fast among countries so there is the first major problem. This is a global pandemic and the solution is to handle it globally rather than trying to keep vaccinating with boosters and next booster and so on… they should try to even out vaccination rate as much as possible globally, otherwise after the now fifth wave the cases might go down during fall/summer thanks to more triple vaccinations and outdoor gathering until next variant next fall/winter. The other problem in my opinion is although I am all for human rights why didn’t authorities stop misinformation about vaccines so few organizations used social media and brain washed many people falsely about how dangerous the vaccines are or associate corona virus with other common viral diseases like influenza. I don’t think anyone knows when the virus enters its final stable stage thus no mutation, we all hoped Delta was that and it wasn’t but again a global pandemic needs a global approach.
