You'd have to read up in their corporate bylaws or ask them. I was hoping an institutional shareholder would put up a candidate or two. If it's not an em0loyee of their firm, they wouldn't be insiders. Was hoping Soleus might want a bit of representation there or seek to help them in skills they are deficient in from their perspective.
