RE:Responders at 12 weeks This is just some random Ph1 I got from google to illustrate a point. This trial has 17 responders. If you look at graph B then look at the 1st data point for each patients (1st dot around 1-2 months. I'm counting 6 or 7 responders not being responders at 1st scan (above the -30% dashed horizontal line). That means they can't be confirmed responders until 3rd scan. If this is how THTX's data looked that would be 30-40% of eventual responders not being confirmed responders at 12 weeks.
