RE:HibernationSince we are really only interested in "very material" news on TH-1902 (of course, if they have other material news, we would be very interested in that too, as long as it is good news) we can know in advance it will be reported when they have it. All those other factors you cite are not relevant when it comes to material news as it must be reported as it happens. So, we might hear something tomorrow, on Christmas Eve, on January 2nd, in February or never. It is not something TH controls - it all depends on the reaction to TH-1902 in the patients and that is not easily predicted, even by TH who knows how many have been enrolled and what, if any, success has been seen so far.

Then we are I to the holiday season and tax loss selling. Strategically this would not be a good time if you are trying to kave a strong positive impact on the stock. Then there is January, where they are competing with a flurry of New Years headlines where companies are trying to get out in the news cycle, so again the reaction would be muted for a small player. So that leaves us with early Feb when they will need to announce their annual financials anyways. Barring some surprise, that is my best guess for news so it may be that we all need to hibernate this winter to protect our sanity haha
