RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Impressive panic

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Impressive panicBeen at a funeral all day today, which I imagine most will agree is something that takes priority over posting messages here. Unfortunately,my posting will continue to be sporadic for the next week or so as a close friend, whom my family is essentially his only family, passed away on tuesday morning. We need to make his final arrangements so I will be pre-occupied with that for a little while.

In any event, I doubt my lack of posting this week matters very much anyway. History indicates those who react emotionally to an absurdly weak share price would have vented their anger here anyway. That cannot really be avoided as long as humans are investing.

The stock is really cheap based on the legacy drugs as long as they can meet the criteria for the next loan tranche (should be easy), they cut costs aggressively (should also be easy, if painful, to do) and avoid panicking into another ONO.

Yes, the lack of communication to all shareholders is bad. But whether they communicate with us or not, is not as improtant as the three things above in the long term. And their communications weakness is giving some an opportunity to buy more shares at bargain prices. As long as there are emotion driven, irrational sellers the stock will likely remain weak since smart acquirers will just let them give them shares at low prices. Out of 95 million shares, only about 2million shares have traded since the news came out. It is a relatively small percentage of shareholders who are acting freaking out, but they can have huge impact in a situationlikethis onthe share price.

When the irrational selling runs out of steam, and it will, the stock will jump a lot higher in the blink of an eye.

The explosive upside wehoped for has likely been eliminated for at least a year (unless a NASH rabbit can be pulled out of TH's hat) and now has a lower chance of ever occurring. But  it  is not eliminated. But the stock is bizarrely cheap even if TH-1902 never amounts to anything and no NASH rabbit can be found in TH's hat.
