EGRIFTA SV (tesamorelin for injection) is approved in the United States for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in people with HIV who have lipodystrophy.

Actually, there has been buying from insiders and only one small seller recently - the Chief Legal Counsel in July. Buying has been much more significant than selling by insiders but neither buying nor selling has been impressive. If insiders were aware of the info about TH-1902's trial pause, they did not sell on that info. So, I am not sure much can be taken away from the insiders behavior, but if anything, it was a slightly positive message.
