RE:Are the executives and the board that dumb and unware?I'm voting against every...single...one...of...them. This is the biggest joke of leadership I've ever seen demonstrated by anything I've ever invested in. I ran my neighborhood property owner's association with more transparency and strategic planning than what has been demonstrated here. Not to mention, multiple failed attempts at connecting what they thought was the correct strategy with an outcome that should produce exponential value for the stock.
Today, we have a more highly leveraged company with no specific plan of action, a lack of transparency, back to the hiding hole in communication, multiple failed attempts to move NASH and oncology forward in a value enhancing manner, a possible delisting, virtually no volume in stock trading, no insider buying at severely depressed share prices, and the market's value on the stock clearly communicates these things to our leadership. Why isn't leadership communicating back?
I hate that they screwed up again and had to pay out those extra warrants to Marathon. I hate that they paid out huge stock options to the CEO at a time when investors have lost the majority of their values. I hate that the best we got from their strategic plan after the TH-1902 flop was that "we are targeting cash flow positive by year-end." Investors want to see exactly how that is going to be achieved so we can hold management accountable to it and see evidence of that taking place in the interim.
Yes, I'm voting against everyone of them, and you all should too. I highly doubt we would actually force a changeover in the board or any executive leaders, but by God we should send a message about how unhappy we are. I have around 100,000 shares I'll be voting.
