My opinion on NASH is the company pulled off a heroic feat in getting data that was not the data which was needed/appropriate and still convincing the FDA to approve a phase IIb/III trial despite that. I suspect the problem they face in getting a partner is the data is not "clean"so partners are reticent.  Management did a great job of taking something that was not appropriate and

They should have given more shares to Marathon and treat themselves with more options,  just to make sure " you know they throw it in your face". The last shoe to drop will be when they announce declining sales. Only after then, new money might come in.

For a partnership to happen it takes two 2 tango.  All you wrote is true in the sense of a prospective partner.  But I believe Thera might have had something to do with a deal not having happened so far.  My guess is that management was asking more because of the idea that if TH1902 worked out well they would be able to raise cash and at least do a portion of the Nash trial by

I'm voting against every...single...one...of...them.  This is the biggest joke of leadership I've ever seen demonstrated by anything I've ever invested in.  I ran my neighborhood property owner's association with more transparency and strategic planning than what has been demonstrated here.  Not to mention, multiple failed attempts at connecting what they thought was
