Size of deal

I am not happy with the whole situation and the dilution sucks, but how do people feel with the size of the deal and cash on hand? Looking at the comps, we are still light on cash compared to some? I know TH generates cash so it's not an apples to apples comparison, but do you think this will be enough to get them to where we all want them to be?

It should be enough to get them to a point where the next financing will be much less dilutive.

I think so if you assume convert is hit. The timeline is drawn out and they may have other revenue streams over next 18-24 months and hopefully growing sales.  Should be close, but at least we don't need to worry about that for 2-3 years.  Could also always use a bit of leverage later if bonds convert.  I was hoping they'd add a bit of debt given how low rates are, rather ...more
