Who was notified of the webinar?

Anyone have any clues on how they are publicizing this upcoming webinar?  I'm registered with THTX for e-mail alerts of any press releases, news, events.  It sure seems that the webinar would fall into one of those categories yet I have not received anything.  Is this a "by invitation only" event?  Seems you would want this known far and wide ...

LSA is primarily responsible for spreading the word through their distribution network. When I missed LSA's e-mail notification about this webinar, Leah forwarded it to me and others. I suspect that TH will announce it as well closer to the actual date. But they are paying LSA to bring new eyes to TH's stock and if this is going to be beneficial for the stock, it will be because LSA got

I get that they are paying LSA to run this and get TH infront of new eyes, but you'd think that TH management would have learnt from the prior disasterous General NASH presentation that a public PR just a few days prior to the event is not the way to go. We are now inside of two weeks from the presentation, why not PR to build momentup for TH? I would be surprised if it is LSA putting up a

I agree even if there are other news which the company is planning to release before the webinar it would much better to announce the news separately so each piece of news gets more attention and digested by the investors/market.

I think it is safe to say that TH has proven pretty conclusively that they are not very good at this aspect of their business. But give them credit, they have recognized it and hired LSA to sort it out as well as committed to hiring a new board member with capital markets experience. Like you I am alarmed when I see a continuation of the tiny trading volume trend each day but I say let's see

SPCEO, I agree with you often, but the wait and see approach is not valid in this instance. If they do not have an aduciance for the webinar, then what is the point? As shareholders, we should want the largest audiance possible istening to this news! Why are they not promoting it? They put a PR out to tell the world that they hired a new HR leader, but they arent going to put one out to tell the

My gut is telling me this webinar will be close to a non event for the stock price. I think they will give some scientific explanation. Then say everything is going well but no specifics. It won't be enough to get momentum going. Let's face it the horse is pretty much stuck at the starting gate and has only a bit of motivation to move forward.  I hope I am wrong but I think only

MDGL market cap $1.7 B average daily volume 135 k issued a PR today they will be attending two conferences on June 10 and 16. NGM market cap $1.2 B average daily volume 350 k issued a PR yesterday they will be presenting at two conferences June 9 and 16. Both companies are well recognized by the industry. Not to issue a PR by THTX and relying on LSA to inform the market doesn’t add up at all

I certainly understand the frustration but what are you going to do? Sell before this news and a serious attempt to promote the stock? Feel free free to be frustrated but don't act on it as you could end up massively frustrated if they do share something of note and LSA's client base eats it up.

The ideal scenario would have been LSA issuing an eye-catching initiation report, 20 pages, full valuation -- the Full Monty. But I think it's too late for that. It wouldn't even be bad if their analysts have done a one-pager to introduce the idea, then tell people to listen to this one oncology KOL aspect and management, and then say they'll have a large follow-on initiation report. I
