I am slightly surprised that we didn't get a PR announcing an earnings release date. The last couple years they have released earnings on the last Thursday of the month and announced the data two weeks prior. 

I say only slightly surprised, because it's TH and we all know they suck at communication FML.

Anyways, the news cycles should pick up me get interesting in the next few weeks. Get your popcorn ready

I think they usualy give a one week notice, but regardless it has to be this month. It's their single most important update given the massive uncertainty they're in right now. I agree. Expectations are so low right now it might be hard to drive them lower. Two things stand out to me for THTX to address. First, they need to highlight that 1Q sales are on track with guidance, especially since the first quarter is almost over already. Second, they need to layout a feasible, believable and rapid plan to attain balance sheet stability via positive internal cash flow. If

The things you mentioned could delay the reporting are more of a Q1 issue, not YE. The YE financials will be as at Nov 30, where as the trial pause came down on Dec 2nd.

I believe the are legally obligated to provide final financials three-months post year-end.  They also need to provide a minum notice time to shareholders. If that's the case, February 28th is their deadline.  They cannot seem to get their act together. It's really bothersome.

There is nothing odd so far versus their past behavior on announcing Q4 results. They always are late with them. If they delay past the last week of February, that would be odd and worrisome, but I am not expecting that. So, far, there is nothing to be concerned about. I don't think that is how such things work. You may have noticed in the past notes to the financial statements entitled something like "Subsequent Events". So while any write-off might not be reflected in the actual results, in order to get the auditors to sign off on the results, they may have to include a  subsequent event note that highlights the impending write-off.
