Nothing screams comptient like doing it on the last possible day! FML If I had to speculate, I might guess they had sumitted something to the FDA and were hoping to get it back within the 30 day timeframe, however things took longer than expected, so now their had is forced and they have to do something by the 28th. This is just food for thought, but could explain it.
