The Nash information that Paul was talking about on Q4 finicial meeting is interesting. He said " But what is at play now is global partnership and that is what we would like to embark." R&D drops pretty quickly, even more so if TH-1902 never restarts, Trogarzo inventories continue to fall due to a credible, reliable new supplier (Samsung) allowing THTX to drammatically reduce inventory, as well as other cost cutting.  Cash was helped in the last quarter by the small ATM sale as well as inventory reduction with Trogarzo. They are under blackout again until Q1 results are released. So insiders are unable to buy or execute options at this time.  that is why I found it curious that they waited until Feb 28 to release YE financials. Was it truely a delay due to Marathon negotiations etc, or was it because the are in negotiations with a partner and they didn't want to have to tip their hand as to why they
