I view the April 4th date as a the decision point whereby leadership needs to: A) clearly articulate where the company stands, where the science lies, what partnerships are likely to materialize, and a more detailed plan they can benchmark to for creating value. or B) have a NASH deal inked they will immediately show validation and drive the SP up.  baring either other these, the

I encourage any current or future shareholder to read about the material deficiency regarding the Going Concern note that is in the Annual Information Form. Then ask yourself how a CFO that missed that can receive ANY performance compensation, and how a CEO can receive performance compensation equating to 1% dilution after letting that happen?
