Because the BOD and the CEO keep missing their targets but still get rewarded for it.

I can't wait to see the annual report and the recommendations of the board hoping that he asks for a 20% salary increase... the deserves it so much...lol

Nothing will change because nobody votes. I guess at some point our only way out will be to sell my shares. We will be cheated out of any upside whatever we try. Honestly I abandoned any hope of collective effort to the get something out of this mess since the beginning the year.
