I know the that we cannot really make any change, but I am voting against every single Board member except Zwick this year - unless this team delivers before that time.

Again I will vote my shares against ALL execpt the new guy Zwick.  Also, I will ask everyone I know to vote their shares this year once again.  Unless they have really good efficacity in part 3 of P1 th1902 and it's not designed for that well they will be voted OUT.

It doesn't even matter to me if they show efficacy or have good results from TH-1902.  They've had too many blunders, too many mistakes, and have proven they are incapable of communicating properly or driving shareholder value.  I'm voting against every one of them except Zwick on the premise that they have yet to demonstrate any sense of proper leadership.  They may

PWIB123 and Manequin I am on the same page with both of you on this. One thing I have to wonder about.  Why would someone with Zwick's seemingly considerable talent and experience possibly touch the like of Thera with a ten feet pole, let alone become a board member? Any thoughts?    PWIB123

Soleus pushed for it with others.... why because Guy Levy worked as biotech guy with living Legend John Paulson.  He propbaly want's his money back after having averaged down last time they gave away 50% of the company to fix their self inficted ongoing concern.  Also all of this under the watchfull eye of the BOD, maybe that's why the KPMG guy dais goodbuy not so long ago also.&

Zwick'S has one mission.....Put some lipstick on the Company and get the Company ready for a takeover to minimize Soleus 's loss I am now 100% positive that he is Soleus nominee and consequently getting compensated by Soleus and maybe with an additional incentive to share in the rise of the SP Dawn and Paul and Dubuc need to go asap for the Plan to work

Yes.. need to be made gone because like some said they want to continue su..ing the company dry.  They will have their golden packages anyway because reducing our shareholder value to less tah 5% of what it was 5 years ago is worth every penny of course.

I have similar thoughts.   Any thoughts on what might be an acceptable share price for Soleus?  Based on how much they got in for. Like you I bought quite a few shares when this went down to $1.30 Canadian.

I dont know what their exit point would be acceptable ......Do they still have hope for the oncology platform? Do they think that THTX"s approach to increasing sales of their products is the right one? What do they think of Tesamorelin "s best course in Nash? ALL I KNOW IS THAT THEY FEEL STRONGLY THAT THEIR EXIT PRICE IS HIGHER THAN TODAY'S

THTX BOD  and management have  shown very little out of the box thinking .Reactive management vs pro active management. When Levesque was hired I wrote that there was a new sherif in town after his first speech when he mentioned keeping people accountable  and conducting a deep dive in the pipeline and everything in the organization, I was expecting a change of CFO but nothing

The Soleus connection is pure speculation, but the timing of their filing to become an activist shareholder where they specificly stated among other things that they wanted a board pick.  They also wanted to potentially consider breaking apart the company, selling, and any other option could be on the table if it adds value.  Interesting that this guys background is right up those areas.

IQ is clueless about the biotech business... it's sprinkeling money at the sector.  I'm shure they'll come up with some Kiwanis club member from Drummondville because it's between Montreal and Quebec...lol.  A waste of time and an unfortunate business partner at best because they will keep the same people in place.
