Dawn Svoronos to be replaced by Frank Holler (MPC)

In the Management Proxy Circular (page 9) "The Board has agreed that Mr. Frank Holler, a current director and the current Chair of the Audit Committee, would be appointed as Chair of the Board in replacement of Ms. Dawn Svoronos after the Meeting if he is elected as a director of the Corporation"

Well, it looks like I will now be voting for Holler, Zwick & Tea, and Nay to the rest of the BOD…Why would anyone vote for Dawn who oversaw the destruction of our Thera? and then we have Weil, another Dawn appointee who oversaw Tetra’s company bankruptcy! While I am on a roll can anyone explain to me what the heck did Molson (Another Dawn appointee) bring to the table other than that silver

Nobody cared to expain to us the merits of choosing Holler apart from the convenience of it.  He also oversaw the destruction of the company.  Also why vote for Mme Tea who was parachuted from IQ tahmks to our givaway bonanza of last october.  October fest I call it since they celebrated on Linked in.  I'm voting all out except Zwick whom I strongly thing is there because

I would point out that Holler was Chair of the short-lived "Financing Committee" that brought us the IQ deal. That might affect your opinion of him.

Lots to consider before we vote our shares. Much depends on what Soleus and other large shareholders do. So, I have not decided and likely will not decide until the last minute.
