How can a Chairman like her step into a BOD seat position when she oversaw such a disaster. it was on her watch. She needs to be voted out the door.

What really irritates me is that if she is voted out she gets 2 years pay to leave for doing a poor job that cost (us) the owners a fortune….I hope she enjoys her Caribbean vacation with my retirement funds :-<

Frank Holler... why Frank Holler, anyone has a clue.  What has Frank Holler do for us.  Ok he bought some (50k) of the giveaway he promoted it seems.  He has past biotech successes ok and is more an entrepreneur than Mme Merk or Mr Pfizer.  But why not get someone from outside that can actually change the way the company is viewed.  Someone like Roberto Bellini or someone ...more
