Is the lender on Tuscany's debt. Not sure but its like a 5 or 6 year loan. Only bad news if no bond deal would be rates heading higher. The loan structure is in the financials on the web site. The killer could be bad utlization  and highe rates over the next 2 or so years . Hence why they have to go back to Wall Street for the long term bond debt and they wil. I hope---I agree with previous . Why sell here unless its just small guys with scared money. Lots value in the rigs them selves. They will make there first principle and  interest payment in June I believe. Hope bond deal before that..
