Few question on TID

Few question on TID
Hey rapid, hope you're doing well. Someone talk to me about TID so i was coming to take pulse of the feeling of TID'S SH and there i found you ;). Seems like a battle out here, lol.

I really don't know much about TID except what i read from the FS of Q2 and YE 2012.
I had a few question for any SH, i hope i'm not taking too much of your time ;

1) Operational CF are almost inexistent for the last 6 month and last YR were like 6 MM$ on  330 MM$ revenue, is there an a significant reduction in operation cost or in financial expense that is expected in the near future ?
2) About the CF again, Something doesn't add up, is their a reason why they don't exclude Deferred income taxe in their operational CF ? do they have to pay in advance for those ? cause in my calculation their Operational CF for 6 month would be around 8 MM$ if you add the deferred income tax which normally isn't a item that affect cash... ?
3) about the A/R, the 100 MM$, should it be recoverable or is it at risked ? Cuz it's their main Short term assets ...

thx ;)
