What i think: I think they already got paid from the job they did in Ecuador so it could be one of the following:
1. They have won the HRT case and are waiting to sign off on insurance documents in order to get paid. Insurance companies don't pay out unless the damaged party signs off on not seeking further damages.
2. They have got a contract to put the heli rigs back to work. I really don't think they will sell these.
3. Refinancing. They have got a buyer or buyers for their bonds.
Imagine if all three were to be announced.
