If the ducks are lined up like I think they are being lined up it could be at 0.50 cents by the end of this year. Biggest risk for TID was not being able to meet their Dec and March payments on the credit facility. However, if they have been able to find a buyer or buyers for their bonds then they can use these funds to pay back the credit facilty. Bonds only require interest payments and do not come with covenants like a credit facility. Also, if they have been able to increase the utilization rate, specially the heli rigs, which it seems like they have, then there no really issues and the company can remain a going concern.
