As of the announcement yesterday the TSX had not approved the waiver of shareholder approval (which is totally unrequired for such an event under the circumstances). So it is obvious that with their announcement today they have approved the waiver for shareholder approval so Tucsany can move quickly and get this transaction closed and behind them.
