There was an interesting prelude to an agreement today on nuclear restrictions in the middle east. I think there might be six months of good pricing no matter what.... If theres agreement, then supply needs to pick up, and it might just coincide with better global economic growth. I m much more a proponent of Colombia or Peru, than I am of Brazil, but that is my opinion. PBV ... hmmm.. FMV... still no one has a figure on FMV for assets.. PBV will be stale now.. as the latest transaction will show how PBV differs from FMV... have a nice day.
