As a current and long term shareholder, I am concerned about the recent insider selling in Dec 2013. I have noticed that your CFO Mr. Moyes has been divesting (most recently 152,0000 @ $0.08). Insider selling while the organization continues to restructure may lead an investor to believe that these efforts may prove fruitless – especially when your CFO is reducing his share position.
Can you provide and comment or clarification on these recent transactions?
