Good Morning from onthecase

Good Morning from onthecase
Morning, all. Just waking up out here in the Pacific Time Zone. Been a busy evening on this end, looks like it's been a busy morning here in Stockhouse.

First, thanks to everyone who has chimed in. I'm building files, so if you've contributed thus far, rest assured that you are now a part of the effort. We may put out the word about necessary research, letter writing, etc. I'm sure we can count on every soldier in our little army.

Perdikaoilgas, your material is gold. It's in the files now. To answer your question, the judge's email was a long-shot, took me awhile to dig up and probably doesn't connect. Which is why I'm calling the court this morning to obtain a more official address. If necessary to hand deliver, we already have an operative in place for this.

Fullblast, I've thought about the fact that this board is public. However, RonJadler brought up a good point during last night's conference call, that much of what we discuss won't be helped/hurt by secrecy. I agree; our side benefits by publicity, theirs by secrecy. However, I agree that there will be some cards we may not want to lay on the table. Please feel free to use me as a hub for that sort of thing. At this point, I have emails address and phone # for most of our key players. Any strategic info or questions can be messaged to me, and we'll put our heads together on what to do with it.

sailpgd, interesting stuff from the lawyer. I would not be at all surprised if we end up with counsel. We had an interesting chat about that last night. That would probably fall under the heading of 'stuff we keep private,' so I'll message you. Everyone else - feel free to gather alternatives, but please, please let's all stay on the same page for now. The last thing we need is to hire three separate lawyers to tear us apart from within before we start. Planned, concerted action - that's the ticket.

pennywyse2, good call on the transcript. Let's all download copies post haste. And let's scavenge any other docs we can from the TID website before the other side wises up. Take it all!

sailpgd, I've been in email contact with Value Digger since yesterday. Our causes are aligned, and we can help each other considerably. For any who are harboring hurt feelings for VD, I'll point out that we've discovered the deck was stacked, and whatever fooled him fooled each of us, else we wouldn't be here. He can help us and we can help him as we fight the PR battle and dig up evidence. Now we must hang together, else we shall certainly all hang separately.

So, to action: We will continue to approach the bankruptcy court through the judge. Busy hands are working on this, update to follow. Regardless of how that works out, we are helped by increasing the number of bidders for TID's sale process. Please keep sending potential bidder names to this board. Email addresses within these companies are particularly helpful. Once we have a list of companies together, we will approach them in a concerted way. I will be asking who owns shares in them; this will allow us to approach them through their shareholder relations department, much better chance of being taken seriously. And, of course, rip everything we can off the TID website.

Okay, I'm going downstairs for breakfast.
