Further Information about Today's March
Thank you for the information that has started to pour in. I'd like to provide detail on the 'why' behind today's action.
If you hold shares in other oil services companies, you have access to the investor relations department. Any materials promoting TID's asset sales will be generated by a few of us with assistance of legal counsel, and provided for transmission. We're not looking for any more help composing them than what anyone wants to give - in fact, they'll have to conform to certain data from TID, so they'll already be written a certain way. Mailing them unsolicited would see them "filed" in the mailroom. Approaching through investor relations, on the other hand, guarantees a reply. We don't need laborers; we need conduits, who can transfer a package from this side into friendly hands on the other side by clicking the 'forward' button.
As for those who are identified as employees of oil services firms: we may need five minutes of expertise from you at some future date. Frankly, most people within an organization aren't in a place to affect this sort of transaction, though we certainly appreciate any support that can be generated. Again, we're not looking for laborers here, we're looking for possible occasional experts as we target our efforts.
And again, identifying yourself as one or the other is all we need. We don't require any further info, and frankly would prefer not to be custodian of further info. Nothing personal, just privacy protection for us all. Thank you, and let's keep marching forward.
