Very astute question, mcarter4. Any settlement proposed must apply to all shareholders. If approached, we will weigh what's being offered against what we can likely attain by following this through. Considering the depth of industry knowledge contained within this group, we are in position to assess with a VERY high degree of accuracy the value of what we are likely to attain by this process. We would go with whatever option puts more money in the pockets of shareholders. Don't get me wrong, we want to nail these guys to the wall, too, but financial outcome for the shareholders is paramount, and dwarfs all else.
