Just a reminder - the current Chairman of the Board of GTE - Jeffery Scott and the current CEO of TID - Walter Dawson were both found
GUILTY OF INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING SHAREHOLDERS
in 2009. Paid a paltry fine of $25K and moved on. One might say not much has changed for Walter - he contiunues to swindle us.
