On the Effective Date, all outstanding Existing Equity Interests in the Company (including any claims
subordinated pursuant to Section 510(b) of the Bankruptcy Code) shall be extinguished and cancelled, and the
holders of Existing Equity Interests in the Company will receive no recovery on account of such interests.
