RE:Here are the bylaws mentioned belowonthecase, i assume Landis or some other law firm familiar with what we are doing has reviewed and approved this set of bylaws, as i would hate to see any of you volunteers entangled into some legal mess you may not be aware of. we are playing a high stakes game and i suspect the other side will use any and all legal tactics avaiable to them to throw us all in the trash heap. I chuckle at your reference to not be bound by Robert's Rules. regards.
