Ludicris

The share price drops 11% on 25000 shares trading hands. There are some very week hands out there!. Some buys 10,000 shares at 22 cents and sells them at market price in a panic for 26 cents and cleans up with a huge $400 profit. Meanwhile the stock price drips 11% in the process.

You are right. Just a few days ago, when the stock was every day up, I wrote that  the week hands will be shaken with a few strong ups and downs. It's nice to see another so great buy opportunity.

UPDATE: share price had dropped over 15% on a measly 150 thousand shares trading. The total float is 350 million shares and the available float now owned by insiders is over 200 million and the share price gets whipp sawed all over the place with folks with tiny holdings selling into panin selling at market righ into the hands of those wanting to take their shares off their hands. All TID has to do is contract out their idle rigs (particularly the two brand new very high margin heli-rigs that the crooks at HRT defaulted on) and one could see their EBITDA at the $90-$100 million level. They could use $52 to pay down their debt and the rest to resume building more rigs. At $90 EBITDA, it would leave them $38 for maintenance growth capex. Even if their EBITDA was $70 million ...more

Rapid,  I finally had to join you here at TID.  I have been watching this stock for the past month and finally pulled the trigger.  We both know that CPO will be drilled soon in Columbia (Petroamerica) and I am sure they will be using a Tuscany rig.  I think the future is bright for this company and what a great opportunity today to buy some shares.

Totid, you seem like a well meaning fellow but your unusual use of the english language (spelling/punctuation/etc.) make your posts unreadable.  Also thanks for your welcoming note to me as a new shareholder here.

Thanks for your remarks, much appreciated We are all her to learn, get informed, challenge others and be challenge for the ultimate acquiring of knowledge so we can do well. I don't know if I ever used the word "fly", optimistic might be a better word. I have been an avid watcher of the Columbian oil plays over the past two years.  There a number of companies operating in this area. Parex, C&C Energy, Petrobras, Cepsa, Pacific Rubiales, Petromineralis, Petromont, Talisman and Petroamerica.  I am sure there are many more but these are the ...more

Just so you are aware, the Chairman of the Board of Gran Tierra Energy,(which produces ~22,000 BBLSPD and growing into one of the continent's "go to" E&P companies, is on the Tuscany BOD. Believe me Gran Tierra is an extremely well run company with 8 million acres of exploration and development land in four South American countries. They were the only Canadian company to win 2 ...more

Rapid,  with the drop in the SP Friday  it looked like a good opportunity to buy in.  I bought a decent position.  I am hoping like everyone that the Q3 numbers are good.  Let's hope it is a good week here for TID and our other "pet project".
