What is the primary driver of why the SP is so low on a comparative valuation to it's peers? Is it the uncertainty of the strategic alternatives? the debt? the weak Q2? all of the above? Wonder if the days of 2010 to early 2012 will come again....2012-2013 have been nothing but a disaster for the energy sector.

Has anyone at all asked the company to shed some light on their options? I've seen that veronika has but anyone else had any luck? I feel that TID is sinking one half a cent a day.  Re-reading the Q2 report yesterday made me lose what little confidence that I have with the debt...  One of the options MUST happen soon or TID is going to default on their payments and the investors ...more

Getin - I plan on contacting the company (over and over again until I get a response). There is a strong sense that the company has been put up for sale. I have no clue what the valuation of the company now is given current market conditions. I think the Q2 numbers have to be taken into the context of a very weak quarter due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in low rig utilization making the ...more

Company is up for sale and we trend lower everyday. Clearly something is not right here
