tuscany gets rid of 50 million debt and we reach our 52 week low again. that makes sence.

Keep in mind that this new low is reached with very low volume. More buyers than sellers right now. Not to many shares changing hands.

I think you meant "sellers than buyers" right now. Clearly it is the small retail investors....many of whom have no idea what they are doing that are selling their measly holding at market feeding the wolves that are waiting for them to fall out of their trees. Yes the stock is speculative but so far today $20,000 worth of trades has taken the stock down by 15-20%. When an announcement ...more

Dig through the reasoning of what has transpired, I am sure you will get  some of the answers you seek. Those falling back on book value, I  can not agree with what you hypothesize.   Evaluate the latest transaction, and let me know in terms of book versus FMV... End of the thought.
