CIBC

CIBC dumping confuses me.  There are no Canadian banks in the loan syndicate so don't know how they would be privy to any information about the loan or really care.  No insiders are selling.  So I am thinkin maybe a fund or asset manager that banks with CIBC is unloading.  Maybe change in investment mandate.  Confusing?
